Shipping policy

All products will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Most products are shipped via USPS or UPS, but we reserve the right to use the best service available for your area.

For insurance and security purposes, a signature will be required on all shipments of watches.

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping information based on this or other information.

We are not responsible for the issues and errors that come from using 3rd party shipping suppliers like USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. As soon as the package is handed to the service, it becomes your property and once they have it, you must contact them for changes. We'll do the best we can to help, but we are in the business of wristwatch manufacturing, not shipping/logistics!
